$399.00
The Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S-21) in Phnom Penh preserves thousands of black-and-white portraits of individuals who were imprisoned and killed during the Khmer Rouge regime. These photographs were meticulously taken by the prison staff as part of their administrative record-keeping for the approximately 14,000 to 20,000 people processed at the site between 1975 and 1979.
